Refund policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Due to the nature of cosmetic products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used nail polish.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund when appropriate.

Unopened and unused products may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

If a  trio set is ordered, the trio set must be completely unopened for return purposes. 

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Sale items, promotional items, and gift cards are final sale.
